Dont ever book this hotel in your life time. The staff is not helpful and they lie a lot and changes rules as per their convenience. If at all there is a negative reviews, I could have given -100. The craziest thing is the internet speed. Its less than 1 mb/ps.

I stayed here one night before leaving at the nearby cruise terminal. The staff are great. Isabel at the front desk was wonderful. The rooms are nice and comfortable

The hotel is okay in terms of location, only 3 streets away from Hasen and close to Little Italy. The room is fine.
The ladies at reception are very curt and may only provide information if asked.
There is a pool and hot tub that is heated.
The free breakfast includes some kind of meat roll or burrito to warm up and a small bottle of juice and water.
We had hoped for a little more from a Best Western Plus.
Food & drinks: The free breakfast is a bag with a drink and a burger or burrito.

The ladies at the reception are very short and curt. You concentrate on the essentials.
The advertised breakfast is a frozen burrito that comes in a paper bag with an orange juice. You can then defrost it in the microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy it in your room. You can't really get full from it.
A machine dispenses coffee and cocoa around the clock.
