4.5 stars, Im not sure how to add .5 to the star rating. Ive been very happy with the staff at Pacifica, Rancho Penasquitos. They are very caring, friendly, kind people who take their jobs seriously. The facility is clean, affordable, and they offer activities throughout the day to appeal to to a wide range of interests. They typically offer three outings a week, so that residence can do some light shopping, go out to lunch, or take a scenic drive. The food is good, and the menu is flexible so that residents have choices. My dad is getting more exercise, socialization, and mental activities to keep him engaged throughout the day. We are so thankful to the staff at Pacifica for all that they do!

I'm so happy we chose Pacifica Senior Living Rancho Penasquitos for our family member! Their staff shows empathy for my family member and is on call 24 hours a day. Shane, Christina, Kimberly, Amarina, Yesenia, Lauren, Mathew, Bentley, Luis, Alberto, Rufina, Elenita, Elsabeth, Aurelio and many others are always in a good mood; Its quite uplifting! The place is clean and fun things are always happening. The Director, Austin Irwin, has an open door policy and is always responsive to our needs. Check this place out in person, you'll see what I mean.

My Dad moved to their Memory Care, and the entire staff are so kind, and such a great help to my Father. The whole team at Pacifica RP are friendly, caring and very good at their job. Knowing my Dad is well taken care of gives me such a piece of mind. It is a beautiful location, modern, clean. A really pleasant place to live. Really nice front room, patios and activity rooms. The Memory care areas are just as nice as the assisted living spaces. Shout out to Karina, Vanessa, and Austin for the great job they do! It has been the best choice we have made for my Father and his care.

This place is amazing! Their Executive Director, Austin is doing and continues to do wonderful things for the community and the residence that call that place home. Their Marketing Director Lauren is such a great resource and helps make sure that everything is put in place for residence when they move in, the resident service, Director Geo is constantly thinking about the residence and the care they are receiving, he leads a great team it takes care of the residence like their own family. Love this place!
