It has been an absolutely pleasure working with Doug, Jennifer, Syrita and Lynn. I really appreciate how swiftly they all moved to ensure I could get the loan. They were so clear and concise with communication and answering any questions! Doug and Syrita pulled off the impossible loan for us. We were midway through construction on our large addition, and through a variety of circumstances we needed to pull out more money to finish. They explored a million different options, but eventually, they found the right fit to get us the finances we needed. Throughout the process, they were extremely communicative and helpful, answering all of our questions and reassuring us when potential issues arose. We can now restart our construction project and finish building our dream home!
