nVe at Fairfax

Monise, the building manager, was absolutely incredible. I have never had such an attentive and helpful building manager and Ive lived in multiple apartment buildings in New York City and LA. She really made the experience of living at this building so much better.

Community Manager has two nice properties. Patience and persistence work as she is betwixt and between. Chris, her support staff is affable and professional. Properties are on busy streets. Manager and staff show and administrate. A modern, different process. Busy and lots of traffic. Nice living here so far. Maintenance has been quick and expert. Appreciatively.

Dont move here please, I made a terrible mistake, if I even read the comments I wouldnt have to experience this nightmare. So take the time to look around, is not worth it, you are going to end. Sending 100 emails about your concerns or any problems with the unit and you would never get an answer or solution. DONT LASE HERE LOOK AROUND FOR SOMETHING BETTER AND WITH BETTER MANAGEMENT. DONT move to NVE Fairfax take the advice I promise you, are not worth it.

Do not waste your time considering this as a place to live. Management team is incompetent when I set up a tour with one of the people on the management team (Chris), they became unresponsive once the time for my tour started and did not email me back till several hours later to tell me he wasnt in the office despite us setting up a tour and him saying he would be available. Not only did he not show up, the units I stated that I was interested in were not even available when he told me they were in the beginning; which resulted in me wasting even more of my time. After reading the rest of the reviews, the building does not seem safe and is not in a good location so I wouldnt even waste my time. Avoid if possible to save yourself the headache and your money.
