Im leaving a review for the maintenance team! They are the best. In previous apartments Ive been in the maintenance has been so bad, sometimes flat out refusing to come out to our unit. At this property the maintenance guy, Jon, is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He arrives at your unit soon after you submit a request. He takes the time to explain to you what could be wrong and then quickly fixes the issue. I appreciated his service!

Posting a 5 star review for the maintenance team, because theyre awesome! The maintenance team alone make living in this building great. Very fast to respond and solve issues, so that youre always living comfortably/worry free.

I have been living here for about 6 weeks now and really happy with my choice to move here. The building is well kept and very clean. The apartment looks nice with chrome appliances, nice flooring, and stylish fixtures throughout. The apartment management company is friendly and very easy to deal with. They were kind enough to do a facetime tour because I was moving from out of state. They are very responsive to issues or questions via email or text. They recently put together a building social that was very cute. Awesome security staff too. Maintenance requests are handled so fast! There were a few minor things to fix right when I moved in, which were were taken care of immediately by one of the maintenance professionals, Jon. He is super efficient and friendly and so good with my dog! The building has a great lobby and hotel restaurant/bar and Starbucks! Locations is great - just across the street is the Scioto Trail and Short North is right there too. Compared to other buildings in the downtown area, the price is great for the space, amenities, and location. Living in the Leveque tower has been a great experience! Definitely recommend.
