Freedom Property Services are professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. They are very thorough and always ask if there is anything else they can address that they may have missed in a past cleaning. Invoicing comes right away and it breaks down exactly what the cleaners did while at your house. I highly recommend using FPS, and I am very happy to have found them!

Freedom Property Services has been great to work with! They are thorough, prompt and very communicative.They get all the nooks and crannies often cleaning spots that have been neglected for years. Would highly recommend working with Keesia and her team.

I hired Freedom Property Services to clean my Sugarbush condo between renters. They charged me $1,400 to clean a 900 sq.ft. 2 bedroom condo only 5 times. This is at least double what other hardworking and honest cleaners in the valley charge but Freedom promises the 'best' service. They repeatedly didnt do simple cleaning or wash linens properly. When I politely pointed out items they werent doing well so they could do better moving forward, they dropped me as a client. I then had to scramble to find another cleaner with less than a weeks notice for incoming renters. Luckily, a past cleaner, who was booked with other customers, worked late nights to help me the rest of the season. He still only charged me half what Freedom charges. I paid him double anyways because he was so great and honest. When he did his first cleaning, after 5 cleanings from Freedom, he found multiple items Freedom didnt do. Below is a picture of his dust rag from only 1 small end table. Disgusting! Freedom was supposed to wash linens off-site and return them to the condo. One time, they left the linens in a garbage bag in the hallway outside the condo. This against our buildings fire code so I asked them to move them from the hall and put them away in the linen closet. I was told I would be charged extra to do so despite this being part of the previously paid or the next cleaning. Instead they were only put in the mudroom and left in the garbage bag. When I arrived a week later the linens werent fully dried so they smelled so bad, I had to re-wash everything myself. Also, I bought new linens at the beginning of the season. Many of them had bleach stains on them so I had to buy new linens again. Several items in the contract they asked me to sign, and explained on their website, were not done. The windows were never cleaned. I was told I would get charged extra to clean inside cabinets. After pointing this out, it appears those were removed from their website description. The website also says they clean 7 days a week. When I needed a Saturday cleaning in 1.5 weeks, I was told, they dont work on Saturdays without at least 2 weeks notice and most of their clients arrange their rental schedule to prohibit renters from arriving or leaving on Saturdays. First of all, they never told me this in advance. Second, my renters often book their stays much less than 2 weeks in advance especially when fresh snow is predicted. Third, many renters start on Saturdays so they dont have to make long drives on Friday night. This meant I couldnt book some multi-day rentals worth over $1000. Freedom is, by definition, a SCAM! Overcharged for a service not provided. Also, I wasnt, at least, partially refunded when I asked since their website 'guarantees full satisfaction.' The other reviews on here are clearly fake from people they know because multiple things said are the exact opposite of my experience.
