Thank you Dr. Otchere and all of your staff! You made what normally is a stressful situation very relaxing. Overall, professionalism was displayed throughout the entire process, from my first phone call (Dr. Otchere answered the phone) to the completion of my crown procedure. I never had to wait and never felt rushed. The office was very clean and the warm blanket offered to me helped ease my nerves. The office has a list of services to help you during your visit, i.e. the warm blankets, lip balm, etc. I was quite impressed! I would refer her to my friends and family. I also notice the kindness Dr. Otchere showed towards her staff. She is a true professional who made me very comfortable and I expect to continue using her services.

I had a great experience for my first time here. The office is super clean and modern, all the staff members were friendly and welcoming! Dr. Otchere was amazing and very knowledgeable. The fact that I was able to watch Netflix during my appointment made me feel like I wasnt even at the dentist. 10/10 experience!

I had an annual cleaning and then I get a bill stating I had an outstanding balance. They failed to due their insurance research and did an xray that they shouldn't have and now who has to me the patient. You trust that they know what they are doing and you pay for it. Unfortunate.

The staff and dentist were amazing. Hands down best dentist office Ive been to, and Ive lived in San Antonio since 2017!

The office was clean and welcoming. The staff was professional, and really listened to my concerns. Great care was taken to provide A relatively pain free experience.
