She can help you with finding best local markets, restaurants, vendors, etc. She would recommend things to enroll your kids into - from ballet schools, to horse riding farms, to fencing academies. Katia is an excellent realtor and a great person. She is head and shoulders above the other realtors, and clearly cares a lot about finding a right fit for her customers. Katia was knowledgeable about the area, went out of her way to connect us with folks she knew in the town so we can do extra research, and just did everything in her power to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. On top of all that she is super responsive - any time I reached out she was quick to follow up and answer my questions. Buying a house is a big (and scary) deal, and I would trust Katia 100% if I had to do it all over again. In short, I would highly recommend Katia to anybody in Westchester area looking for a realtor.
