    Since no one will return my call, I'll leave my comment online here. This place was the WORST establishment I have ever dealt with in my time of being a Hilton Honors member. Not only did this hotel CHANGE my reservation WITHOUT telling me, but the manager REFUSED to resolve this matter with me nor talk directly with me. I booked my resevation weeks in advance with multiple emails and my own app showing me my dates and no modifications on my end!!! After driving 5 hours with my family on a road trip, I was hoping to check into my room and catch up on work. The hotel staff FAILED to tell me they had changed my hotel reservation dates and denied showing me who made the modifications. When I asked to speak with the manager, Danielle Tavarez, she DECLINED to see me to settle this!!! She instead asked the front desk staff to send pictures of the computer screen and told them to tell me to leave the property!!!!!!!!! ME AND MY FAMILY WERE STRANDED IN ROSWELL AND ALL THE PROPERTIES WERE SOLD OUT!!! We eventually had to drive 1.5 hours away to Carlsbad, NM AND DID NOT ARRIVE TILL 11:30 PM!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This had made me NOT EVER WANT TO BOOK WITH HILTON EVER AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT DIAMOND MEMBERS!!!! PLEASE BE CARRFUL STAYING OR BOOKING HERE!!

    The rooms are dark. They don't have enough lighting. The pillows are lumpy and really uncomfortable. My sleep was not restful as I couldn't get comfortable. When I got up in the morning, I was looking forward to the hot breakfast, but was disappointed again. The only food they have for vegetarians is waffles or cold cereal. The syrup offered for the waffles is Corn Syrup (first ingredient) and High Fructose Corn Syrup. There was nothing even resembling a maple or fruity syrup. Their breakfast buffet revolves around meat eaters with no consideration for others. The staff is wonderful. I have nothing but compliments for the staff. Unfortunately, they are unable to help with my breakfast trouble. I packed up and headed out early to get a breakfast somewhere else. I won't be staying here again, and really can't recommend Home2 for any travel. This is my second stay in one of these hotels and the second time I've been disappointed. I thought the first might've been a fluke, but alas, it was not.

    I forgot to cancel a reservation. I asked for a refund and they would not give it to me. The GM stated that it was full that night. When I scheduled the stay there were plenty of rooms available. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I won't be staying here again, and really can't recommend Home2 for any travel. This is my second stay in one of these hotels and the second time I've been disappointed. I thought the first might've been a fluke, but alas, it was not.
