This is a positive review of the manager & specifically assistant manager Will Veight. My experience was extremely positive. Will took a great deal of time to assist me in my selection of shoes, which I needed for an up coming trip to include lots of walking. He listened to my concerns for comfort & educated me about Aetrex Orthotics . He shared knowledge of shoes & provided guidance to facilitate a good fit & style. If you want true customer service, this is the place to make your purchases. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience both times I came in. Everyone is so kind and willing to help! I made a return after the shoes I liked didnt work out, and Will V. Helped me find a shoe that didnt hurt my feet! The return process was super quick and easy! Ill definitely be coming back!

They will add a Water & Stain pretenctant that is 10.00 and will not even tell you about it! Im coming back monday to return the shoes I bought and buying shoes somewhere alls! I mean why would I want a water repellent for my HOKA KAHA GTX that are water resistant! Thank you cashie# 062354

I recently came to Tradehome for the first time. I've had severe issues with my feet for a long time but wasn't sure exactly what I needed. I was immediately approached my guy named William. I had many questions and he had every answer for me. We scanned my feet, tried on several different insoles and shoes and eventually I eventually decided on what I needed. That was 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Between William's knowledge and customer service, and the different choices available, I would recommend Tradehome to everyone.
