We had not had our vents cleaned in over 30 years. They did an excellent job. Chuck explained everything to us and reviewed all of the procedures before he started. He was very thorough and did a superb job. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good advice for future general upkeep. I called Tammy At Service MASTER and was very distraught and anxious about a broken water antifreeze spigot. She calmed me down and walked me through some things I needed to do quickly. The next day (Saturday) Technician Remington came out and was very assuring and professional. He put me at ease and didnt try any push his service on me. He was great!
