Sam has made finding home insurance quick, easy and actually kinda fun! He's super helpful and knowledgeable of his carriers and offerings but he is also genuinely friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with. He came to me by referral of a coworker after calling over 7 different carriers and about ready to quit (which technically I couldn't since time was of the essence) and I'm so grateful for the rec because it couldn't have gone smoother with his help.

I have to say my property manager suggested Sam, and at the time I didnt really think much of it as I really dont care to deal with insurance other than when I have to. However, I got in a bind with my past insurance as my past insurance brokers were not very good. They kind of were the reason I got in a bind in the first place. So I called Sam and a couple of other Brokers, Sam found me a great policy at a very good price. I truthfully was kind of shocked given my past experience with other brokers. Another broker quoted me a price that was over twice as much. Sam even made sure my mortgage service company had all the documents they needed. I was stressed and had a lot of anxiety as all I have been hearing was how insurance is skyrocketing. Sam just took that stress away. He just has a way of almost making it fun. He has a great personality. I just feel so much better after working with Sam. He is Great!
