        Have recently moved from Bella Vista to Georgetown, Texas. Love Highland Pet Company and hope to find a store like it here. Enjoyed being able to bring my dog in and use the dog wash. Shatay always greeted us with a smile and a treat for my dog. She is a great help picking out food and treats for my dog. Her advice helped me change him to a much better dog food. He loved coming to the "treat store" . You have a great store and fabulous customer service. Will miss it.

        The self wash itself was very useful and the equipment they have is great. The customer service not so great. I booked an hour to wash my 100+lb long haired dog and was told after 45 min that I needed to finish so they could clean before the next wash scheduled. I understood what the employee was saying but her attitude and communication style was terrible customer service. She was condescending and not understanding at all when I said the website made it seem like I had an hour and that I was confused why that was not clear. Even though it is an extremely convenient location I will think twice before going here again because customer service and communicating kindly is important to me.

      We appreciate you sharing your frustration and feedback. We pride ourselves with exceptional customer service and want to apologize for the unpleasant experience you had at our store. As for our website, we book each self wash appointment at one hour intervals. In the past this has given the customer enough time to wash their dog(s) and allow us time to clean and sanitize the room for the next appointment. To clear any confusion, we have updated our website to reflect that the self wash room is reserved for up to 50 minutes. This will satisfy our customer’s needs and allow us time for cleaning. As a valued customer we wanted to give you as much time as possible. When you were approached after 55 minutes, we knew this was going to inconvenience the next customer by not having the room prepped in time for their scheduled appointment. Taking care of our customers, and ensuring their time at our store is the most pleasant experience, is our number one priority.
