I really appreciate the care Anita, the hairdresser, took to make sure my mother looked the way I wanted her to look. We spoke several times on the phone about my mom's hair color, style and hair length. In the end, it was perfect. She gave my mom a hair cut to match the length and style of my mom's hair as shown in the pictures I had provided. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Tom, our funeral director, was very helpful assisting me in making decisions. We had a very nice conversation where he listened intently to my feelings and the difficulty I was having with certain aspects of the planning process. On the day of the funeral, the visitation room was beautiful. All of the pictures and items we provided were displayed beautifully in the visitation room. There was plenty of room for people to linger at the picture boards, while still having room for people to gather and talk in the center of the room. My mother looked beautiful with her jewelry on during the funeral service. All of the items my mother had indicated she wanted removed before burial were removed and returned to me. The entire staff was very helpful in the days after the funeral, too. They packed up the remaining food and flowers for me to pick up as well as calling me when the death certificate was ready to be picked up. The staff has been reaching out to me since the funeral asking if there is anything else they can do to help during the aftermath of the funeral. I am extremely happy with the care and attention my family and I received during this process. They did and excellent job of ensuring my mother's funeral was the way my family and I had envisioned it to be. I am particularly happy with the care and concern they expressed as they prepared my mother for the funeral. They knew how concerned I was about ensuring that my mother looked as close to the pictures I provided as possible. They did a superb job at that. My mother looked very natural. In all, the step by step guidance they provided, the attention to detail, as well as providing comfort to my family and me throughout the process, was more than I could have hoped for.

The people at Krause Funeral Home were so caring and comforting. Always available no matter what my needs were. They made putting my husband to rest a lot easier due to their caring attitudes.

My dad passed suddenly and of course it was very difficult on us all, especially my mom. Elaine and the whole Krause team in New Berlin were amazing, beginning to end! Walked us through every step and always answered any calls with questions we had. They made anything we needed possible & easy to make happen. We were so blessed to find such compassion at such a difficult time in our lives Thank You
