A Closer Look Home Inspections

Erik was very easy to work with. Online scheduling was great, price was better than any others I found, he was on time, thorough, and very professional. I learned a lot about our new homes mechanicals, things I should get done this year, things I should get done in spring, and things I should be checking annually. Definitely worth the money to get everything checked out and learn some new things!

Erik was super informative right off the bat and ready to dig deeper. He explained EVERYTHING as we went through each portion of the house and was very organized. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

Erik is amazing. He was so very thorough and explained everything. Added these explanations into his report. Offered to answer any questions, even after we close on the house. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than him.

Erik was amazing. He was so thorough with the inspection, and took the time to explain everything to us. He tested everything, sometimes twice. He was super nice, and we couldn't have chosen a better home inspector.
