I have hired Mike to serve Summons and Complaints and Subpoenas. He was extremely prompt serving the individual the same day or next day in almost every instance. He returned the Affidavit of Service to me quickly. He went the extra mile to find an individual who had recently moved. We have hired Briefly Speaking Paralegal Services (Mike Marineau) for service of summons/complaints as well as subpoenas. Mike is quick to respond and act. Service is timely and he communicates the status of service promptly. He emails me the affidavit of service (optimized PDF format) within 24 hours of service (if not within 6 hours of service). I don't think I could ask for anything else from a process server.

Michael Marineau does great work. His work has contributed to the successful outcome of a number of cases for my office. I am very grateful to him for his hard work and diligence.
