I wish the job was professional the first time and that the customer service was acceptable.
The workers were very kind and did some things well (painted our small bathroom, fixed a non-working light), but our guest bathroom was left looking unprofessional (old paint showing through, not crisp painting around structures, an entire area left unpainted behind the toilet). In addition they did not paint the ceiling, trim or door, as was accounted for in our quote. Tgey actually took the trim off one wall to try to fit in a vanity, and just left it off the wall. In another area in the main area of my home, they did not use painters tape and I am now left with white paint on my abutting wall. See photos below.
After we complained, they came back to fix the bathroom, which is much better, but the quote kept changing in ways that didn't make sense to us. When we asked questions about it, we were gaslighted by Brandi, asking "if we don't agree with the quote, what do we agree with?" Even though most of the quote we had no problem with, just that we were being charged for a light that wasn't examined, charged tax on services they didn't provide (credited us after taxes), and had additional charges that weren't initially there (installing a new faucet into a new vanity).
I was very disappointed and would not recommend. To be honest our door is still not painted and I plan to fix the paint in the main area myself, because I prefer to be done with this company.
