Regular food truck but serves South East Asian dish from Myanmar (Burma) on Saturdays. Check out their Facebook page and normally posted weekly burmese dishes and ethnic dishes. Saturdays are bustling with patrons from Myanmar enjoy meals with friends and families. We have been there several weekends and have tried their weekly different burmese food. On weekdays, you can ask burmese National snack "tea leaves salad" and "Burmese rice salad". If you haven't tried Burmese food, you should check this out. Highly recommended.

Found this new food truck while looking for lunch, and they are right in front of a State Farmers' office on Parmer Lane, East bound. The food truck was new. The menu has Thai & Chinese options. I recognized a different language (not Thai or Chinese) was spoken, turns out the owners are Birmese. I was hoping to try something new and typical Burmese food. But they cater to the crowd with familiar dishes. Fried Rice and Pad Thai were recommended. I was in the mood for LoMein chicken. Solid generous portion. I can tell they used fresh ingredients. The taste is where the Birmese might have come through, it was a little different/ more sweet than the regular Chinese. Tasty nonetheless. Took the box to the office and the bag was all covered in stickiness. It's a little heavy on the sauces, and a different container might be a better choice. But still, so tasty I finished it in one sitting...The owners were super friendly. They wore their smile ear to ear. They take cash and credit. They're clean: hair net, apron and gloves. And also learned that they just opened Tuesday 12/6/22. Congrats on opening!
