This company does an incredible job. Their technician Max couldnt have done a better job. This guy seems to always go above and beyond according to the recommendations. Well done Precision, keep up the great work. I will definitely use again.👍

We called to get our carpets cleaned in our bedroom as we had a small stain. Kylie was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and accommodated our tough schedules.

Precision cleaned my almost 8 year old carpet, which I had cleaned by another company some time back. Precision did excellent job. My carpet look really great. My family and I are very happy with cleaning.The gentleman that came out to clean the carpet called 30-45 minutes before coming. He was very professional, courteous and informative.

Update: Owner called and apologized for any misunderstanding/communication. Offered a discount for future service or to come clean the stains again. Advised he treated stains however, they just would not come up. Overall, they did a great job with what they had to work with. Would recommend!

Precision Carpet was awesome. I had them clean my carpets for a rental home and they did an excellent job. They were very thorough and carpets looked new when they were done.They went above and beyond and that was nice. Their customer service is great, too. I will definitely use them when needed in the future.
