        My sin had a claim against one of their insurers and although it was not a lot they took a long time to get back with him. The claim adjuster would not return calls and the location in this area wasn't specific that they were located inside a Walmart. I had to call the claim adjuster to get an answer, the adjuster didn't call me someone else did.
