Great experience 1st time they fix my laptop very nice. 2nd time shop is closed already paid for screen still store isn't open haven't gotten in contact with anyone. Just want a refund or my laptop fixed. Paid way too much money for not being able to get anything accomplished.

I had my Iphone 11 screen replaced for a reasonable price, it was done quickly, and honestly it was the best screen replacement I've ever had done for my phones in the past. The screens flush with the phone, and it's actually like new. This company definitely pays attention to detail, will use again, refer to friends.

Unfortunately, after a horrible experience with "All Phones Matter" I wouldn't recommend this "Business". The lack of honesty, professionalism, and RESPECT is extremely disappointing. I expressed how important it was to have my phone repaired before Christmas and although they promised it would be..Almost 2 weeks after dropping my phone off and calling numerous times for an update--I've realized all they've done is lie--it hadn't even been touched! I understand this repair was more than just an unlock or simple screen repair (I needed the battery port replaced and I guess that needed soldering?) but had Jon & Chris been honest and told me they could not/would not get it done--I could have tried elsewhere. There was no reason to keep lying and promising it was getting/going to be done. Had Chris been more respectful TODAY-- and actually apologetic instead of RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE, I would be leaving a POSITIVE REVIEW and not this one. We all know how precious time is and wasting someone's time--especially a customer's--is not only disrespectful but foolish. I am all for supporting small, local businesses like All Phones Matter..but after today, it's just not worth it--they obviously don't know/appreciate how important every.single.customer. is! I hate to say it but... you should probably be a little more honest and revise your motto Guys--"We unlock, We MIGHT repair, We MIGHT care".

I put a request out on FB for recommendations on who to go to for replacing a badly cracked screen on an iPhone XS Max and was recommended to All Phones Matter in Cranston. Everywhere I called was on the low end $229 to as high as over $400. I called, spoke to a very professional and very helpful/friendly person, John, who happens to be the owner, and he confirmed he had the screen in stock and would be happy of fix it as soon as I needed, suggesting it would take him about 15-20 mins wait time if I wanted to head on over at that moment. Other places told me an up to 2 hours wait and for much more money. I did head right over, dropped the phone off, came back in 20-25 minutes and it was all ready like a new phone again! The price was extremely reasonable, trust me, call around then call John, add to it the professionalism and friendliness, you'll find yourself wanting to go see them. I'll always recommend them. Trust in folks that now what they are doing, not worth screwing up your phone trying to fix it yourself. He's mastered the repairs. Will highly recommend you to anyone needing repairs and/or accessory's.
