        Sent my daughter flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. Order never showed up I called the shop and spoke with the owners son. He informed me my order was cancelled due to them being in OH and it would cost too much to find a local florist to deliver in NJ. He assured me money would be refunded give it a few days. I called a week later still no refund spoke with a woman by the name of Catherine said I should wait another week for the refund to show up. Here we are two weeks later with a follow up email I sent (no response) havent received any refund.

        I called this week to order a saddle for my parents grave marker, it was to be delivered to my house on Saturday so I would have it to take out of town on Sunday. It was never delivered to my house. I am so disappointed. I have always had good a good experience with Seiferts, that is why I ordered from them.
