NY Kids Club - Brooklyn Heights

My company did some recruiting for NY Kids Club in which we were able to provide them with 3 highly qualified candidates that they ultimately hired and onboarded. They are still employed with NY Kids Club, which I am very happy about but we have not been paid for our services. It has been over 6 months and we can't get anyone on the phone to address this situation.  We have tried to be patient and not take legal action but it is criminal, we are a small business and the amount owed is significant.

Gave this place plenty of business over the years, and one thing we always struggled with was their ability to maintain their class schedule. We scheduled classes with them last winter, and a few weeks into it they decided to change the schedule to a time that no longer worked for us. 9 months later and we are still without a refund for a few hundred dollars. I've been lied to about it ("it's in the mail") and now can't get any sort of firm commitment as to when I will actually get it.

My daughter who is now 23 months old attends one class per week at the NY Kids Club and she loves it. The teachers are all very talented, interested in what they do and take their time with kids. As a parent I am very happy with their programs, the staff's communication skills and the cleanliness of the space. The director Paul Betz is right at the front desk and he is always ready to help. I had problems with the online account to schedule make-ups and the staff has scheduled the make-ups within minutes after receiving my email.

This place has a terrible communication skills !!!!!!!!My daughter signed up a free trail to try one of their class . After they keep changing the time finally I thought we can try . When we were there they told me it was last class of the semester so I have to come back next week to try. Finally she tried it and she like it . Then they told me the class is full..... yeah!! She supposed to try 3 weeks ago, I would enroll 3 weeks ago !!! Now the class is full what is the point let her try..
