Shane is one of a kind, when it comes to a realtor. Not only did he start helping us, more than a year before we were ready to buy, but he made sure we knew the whole process and set us up to succeed. After taking us to see any and every house, that we showed interest in, we landed on a new community. Shane had even recommended this community, but at that point we did not know what we really wanted. After making an offer and having it accepted, Shane went with us to every signing. He checked all of our paperwork, contracts and disclosures. He asked questions about things that we didn’t know, or really understand and made sure that we knew everything that was going on, so there weren’t any surprises. He was upfront and honest about anything and everything. On the day we were supposed to get our keys, everything was up in the air because of delays with the builder. Our title appointment was 40 minutes away and we were notified of it, and hour before we had to be there. Not only was Shane there, but he was there before us. He went to our walk throughs and was there when we were handed our keys. If you want amazing service and a stress free buying experience, then Shane Bealle is your man. I started chatting with Shane about a 7 months before we even knew we could qualify for what we wanted. Although not officially a “client” of his he was Incredible with building a relationship and also helping keep my “must haves” in mind when sending homes he thought we may be interested in. After talking to a lender and finally being READY! We hit the ground running to find our perfect home. Shane was incredibly patient, informative, and also just on his game. When we officially became clients by signing I was super impressed with his first question “what can I do for you all to make this experience incredible” something like that anyway. My biggest thing was honesty and communication. And from that day forward and even prior that was true. He was a shark at getting us our deal. Keeping calm when I was nervous (first time home buyer here) and also just protected us to the max. Our deal wasn’t the typical situation by far but he made us feel like the most important clients on his long long list I’m sure. He was real. He was honest. And most importantly he fought for us to get our dream home, in tip top condition. I would send a message to ask for things and he would reply he had already done that way before I asked. I couldn’t be more impressed and I will shout that from the roof top that anyone.... ANYONE even thinking of purchasing a home go with Shane. Because he truly is the best. Hands down.

Shanes the man when it comes to house hunting. I gave him what I was lookin for and every home was awesome!! He was professional and patient throughout my home buying process. He took the time to answer all questions give me pros and cons of each home. He made sure I was comfortable with my final decision. He never rushed me. Highly HIGHLY recommend him any day!!!
