        They are fine as long as you don't change your mind and decide not to file and ask for a refund. Then they say we'll if we billed you for the 3 phone calls that we talked to you for 5 min then it would have cost you 500dollars a min so your bill is $ 5690.00 but we will just keep what you paid and just gift you the rest of what you would owe us ...very horrible service

        Perez&Perez, is a solid firm that explains options and gets to the bottom line fast. They are professional and very effective. I am impressed with the turn around time and how a complex case is effectively handled in such a short time. I strongly recommend this firm.

        It was very stressful at the time!. Once I had jay perez he went Through it with me and made sure I understand it all and made me feel a lot better about the hole thing and took the stress off of me!. If I had to do it again I would get him again but hopefully I dont have to in the near future! But if I know sumone who needs him I would recommend his firm!! Great ppl! Thanks again jay perez! satisfied

      Sorry to hear you we’re disappointed in the cancellation process. Our contract is very clear that we bill monthly for representation. Each client we represent conflicts us out from dozens of other potential clients. We stand at the ready to take calls from our client’s creditors, and we maintain other resources at the ready for each case we have open at any given time. In your case we represented you for nearly four years, so your actual fees charged ended up being less than $30/month. We stand by the accounting on your file but thank you for your feedback.
