BRU Burger Bar - South Bend

Great meal and the service was awesome. Food was served hot and delicious. The waitress was extremely pleasant and catered to all of our requests. We felt right at home and planning to go again on our next trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

Slightly disappointing, the meat was not well cooked. I asked for medium well and it was more like medium rare. The sauce that came with the pretzels was horrible. But the waiters were friendly and the overall vibe is nice!

I would give them a zero stars. We got there today at 7:45 pm and waited for 1.5 hours and never served our food. We talked to the manager who did not care at all. They said that they run out of food but did not have the courtesy to inform us and let us there in our table waiting. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, avoid going to this place! The manager offered a different dressing only after we asked to speak to the manager after having waited for 1.5 hours without even a water refill. We were never notified about the lack of ingredients until we asked, the staff did not even have the courtesy to inform us. The waitress even said that they discarded our order because they ran out of a few ingredients. The manager was also very dismissive when we told her about our extremely long wait without any additional information. I have honestly never experienced service at a restaurant like this.
