The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere and when the manager was told about the experience he laughed and said it is what it is she does what she wants talking about the rude employee who took my order in through the debit card at me

I just had the worst experience at the drive up. I questioned Mashea about my order and she was very rude. She told me her manager was making the order and he knew what he was doing. I also told her my order was missing an order of mac and cheese. She told me it was not, it was on the order. I explained I needed two orders, not one. She told me, in a very nasty tone, that my total would be $3.04. I thought that was a ridiculous price and told her to forget it. She then slammed the window and got my food. She practically threw my food into my lap. I said to her that she threw my food at me and she told me she didn't and that I had a bad attitude because I didn't want to pay $3.04 for the mac n cheese. I told her she was the one with the attitude and, she slammed the window in my face. I will never go into that store ever again and would suggest you look into getting a replacement for Mashea.
