McNatt's Cleaners

I have been using McNatt's for over 35 years. Lately I am not impressed with the quality of the work. Sweaters come back with pills, buttons sewn incorrectly (placement doesn't match button hole) robe that I dropped off still had stains that appeared untouched (lapels and ends of sleeves). Also, they would not patch a pair of jeans even though I told them it's a club patch (not a fake jean one) and I expect it will not be a smooth surface on the jeans. I drop off 20-30 items every 3-4 weeks and my bill is always $150+. I am happy to pay the money - I just want the quality that the original owner Henry McNatt used to deliver back when the first store was the plant and drop off location on Erlich Road in the 80's. I am moving to Majik Touch on Linebaugh Ave. in Forest Hills and see if they do a better job.

They currently do not offer same-day or next-day dry cleaning, despite their website saying otherwise. Marking stars at 3 since I was not able to test their services but still wasted my time driving based on their incorrect website.

I've always had great experiences coming here. Their staff is always friendly and professional. They provide high quality cleaning services and are always done quickly! Super convenient and affordable. I would highly recommend.
