Billy was amazing in getting a tricycle from under my tire. It was wedged in very tight and his patience and skill loosened it and after many tries he was able to get it out.

My car breaks down at about 7:15-7:30, I call the insurance company and they send this towing company, tells me to expect an 80 minute wait time. I wait about 90 minutes before I call the towing company proper, no response, no call back. I call the insurance company again at 8:50 to explain the situation. The insurance company tells me that this towing company needs another 40 minutes for whatever reason (Note: They never gave an official reason to my insurance company why they needed the extra time). I'm sitting here, sweating, tired for 3 hours. I call the insurance company 1 more time at 9:15. Once again, they call this towing company. Their truck has broken down, and they cancelled my tow request. That is their whole reason for not coming. Do NOT use this towing company. Avoid at all costs. All the 'Positive' reviews are in fact astroturfed. One of the reviews was made by an employee sent to pick up my car! Xavier is his name. Avoid this company at any cost. Service: Car towing

Never showed up. Never called. Would not pick up my calls to find out where they were. Absolutely incompetent in every way. DO NOT USE this company!!

Never showed up! After 4 hours waiting I gave up! I can’t believe Progressive has them as a provider.
