I felt that after seeing only 5 star reviews, I'd post a real one. I don't own here and never would. I'm coming up on a year of living here and some of my thoughts on the townhouses are that there's a lot of room for improvement. As far as the construction goes, you're pretty much getting what new construction looks like nowadays. If this is your first time buying a home, then you probably won't notice and will be happy with it all. I won't list every single issue that was wrong because every new home comes with issues. This is the point of the walk through and the one year warranty. I came from Lennar and they were no better. I will say that ALL of the issues in the home were addressed by the builder so no complaints there. The HOA takes care of the grass. By take care of the grass I mean mowing the lawn. Go ahead and drive around the neighborhood and take a look at the lawns. Here is a picture of what I am talking about in case you're wondering. The gate has been broken for some time now so it's not gated. I believe some drunk ran it down in the middle of the night and don't believe it was anyone that lives here. The pool is tiny but good for little kids to hang out at and play. I saw this mentioned on another review and it's worth mentioning again. There are lots of bugs! They swarm in every time you open the front door. Most likely from being near the lake. A lot of people have those electric bug zappers that plug in at the entrance to their homes which isn't a bad idea. I don't think pest control could stop the issue so who knows. Just a thought for you in case bugs bother you. It's still being built up and the construction crew can be a bit messy. I got a flat tire once so far but again this has happened with Lennar. The layout...man I don't know about the layout. There is plenty of room that could have been spaced out a little better especially in the living room. Not a knock just personal preference. You'll have to see for yourself. Prices keep climbing so the early buyers made good investments! The location is top notch, duh. I mean what can I say about it if you know this area? Not a place for people that hate traffic and tourists though lol. JK. It can be a bit hectic around here but the location cannot be beat if you're into this type of living. The neighbors and people that live here are all extremely friendly and nice. I don't see any nonsense going on in the neighborhood which is always nice. This place gets a solid 3 stars in my opinion but my standards are high. Maybe it will get better after construction and I will post an updated review. This review is about the property and town homes. I haven't met the sales staff so I cannot say anything about any of them. The 5 star reviews are a bit silly but I get it.
