If you ac breaks don't expect emergency maintenance, actually they will hang up on you and be extremely rude, even if its almost 90 degrees in your apartment. Gates are often malfunctioning, and the office never answers the phone. You have to walk in to get anything done and you can expect a headache when dealing with staff. Not helpful, 60$ for a new sticker to enter your own community. This place is a joke, and a bad one.
