Thanks to Nancy and Royal Puppies, I was able to find my best friend! I bought my puppy here a year ago, and Nancy (the worker) helped me with the whole process. I was more than pleased and happy with the attention and kindness from her. She is amazing and we recently visited her so she could see my dog after a whole year. I need to retract my original review. I was appalled when I recently learned that the puppy I purchased at Royalty Puppies came from an abusive puppy mill in Arkansas. She was great when we met her and for the first couple days, but now that shes comfortable shes started to display SEVERELY aggressive behavior (shes only 11 weeks old and goes into fits of rage towards people randomly). Ive taken her to two vets and had a behavioral consultation done and everyone agrees she was abused in some way before making her way to our home. We are now going to have to spend countless hours and thousands of dollars working on reshaping her behavior and its heartbreaking. Im willing to do the work, but for families who cant afford it or cant put in the effort, PLEASE do not buy from this shop.
