Had a problem with my Breaker panel, called about 7pm and spoke with Ammar. Setup to do the work the next morning at 8:30. To my surprise they showed up at 8:20. The team of Ammar, Lezcano and Manny were very professional and did a great job. They were detailed in their work and I could tell they took pride in doing a good job. I contacted Sunshine Electric yesterday as I was stuck in traffic and one of their service vehicles was next to me. They answered the phone, after hours (it was 5:30 pm) and were extremely pleasant and accommodating. We scheduled a service call for today between 2-5 pm, with the promise that they would call prior to arrival. As promised, they called to confirm availability 40 minutes prior to 2 pm and were on-time to my home. The Teo technicians were extremely patient and took the time needed to figure out the incorrect wiring that was done by a prior electrician. They let me know how much the service call would be PRIOR to doing the work to ensure that I was ok with proceeding with the repairs. True to their word, they fixed the problem, replaced the dimmers and left the job site as clean as it was when they arrived. I am extremely happy with their service and Sunshine Electrical will be my “go-to” for any electrical jobs in the future. Thank you very much for your service and professionalism.
