        terrible company.very dissatisfied. Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL! HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THE INCIDENT 2/19/21 that was reported at that time from the installer who reported the incident and took pictures and sent report to Zurich!!! Adjuster finally took pictures! Waiting for response 3/9/21

        Zurich property insurance adjusters play delay tactics and don't honor their policy. Always scamming the little folks and penny pinching to profit their company pockets at the cost of ordinary people. Scam artists. Awful.

        Zurich America insurance is negligent and do not care about their clients. So unprofessional. I had the worst experience with them. Had a water damage in the bathroom and they wouldn’t help my family out. We’re not responsive and played games. Would not recommend this insurance.
