Tides on Dunlap

The only good thing about our apartment is the renovations look nice. They were crappily done, our sinks don’t drain, our dryer vent leaks in the rain. We have asked multiple times to get these things fixed but no one will ever help us. Not to mention the parking. My husband and I are both teachers and don’t arrive home until after 4. At which time there are no parking spots available. They threaten towing at every turn. Hopefully you only have one car or I can promise you won’t want to be here. After living here for 6 months, the pool has been closed the whole time. We will be moving out as soon as we can.

If I could leave a negative score I would. If you want zero communication and you phone calls ignored move here. If you want paper thin walls that you can hear everyone through move here. If you want children running around unsupervised as young as two years old running on the roads move here. If you want to be towed for parking reverse in your assigned parking spot please move here. I was living here for not even three weeks before roaches started coming out and stripped poorly put together cabinets started wobbling, it’s important to say that I was literally in and out of the apartment and the only one living there so nothing was being use that much. There is constantly trash car all over the complex the pool supposedly has been locked for over a year and the dog park only just opened after somebody forcibly broke the lock.good luck future residents you will need it.
