Garden Pool Apartments

Getting an appointment to see the property was difficult. I ask for available times & dates and she kept replying with "Let me know the day & time & I'll let you know if it's available". She couldn't just tell me the availability so I had an idea of what days & times I had to choose from instead of emailing back & forth. She was an extremely difficult person to communicate with. When I did get an appointment (through the website) she, Stephanie B, was no where to be found. I called & text her from the call box in the lobby as well as the leasing office. I emailed her and still haven't received a response. Per the ad there's a community pool, which is false. I took her rudeness & lack of respect for people's time as a sign of her character. I can imagine how she lacks as a property manager. Wasted time!

The person in the leasing office was so rude. We had check online and call him that we just want to inquired for the bedroom. We didnt know what was happening to him . He can told us he is not available now to show us bcuz he was sick .But he said Do you need to call me right now? You are So Bothering to me and can you stop bothering me because Im so sick and then he hung up. Can they treat the customer like that? Thats very bad .

No pool and rent is kind of high also require cats to be front declared which is inhumane

It's seems odd that when tenants write a negative review of this hole, that the owners conveniently dismiss it by claiming that they 'can find no record' of them living here. I call it "denial"!

Havent Rent from them. but I have been calling them for the past 2 weeks and email them to see will they have any available units in mid Feb and Yeah thats a sign to not rent from them in go else where!.
