        New hours of 10-6 does not work. Opening on time seem to be a challenge. Also seems to be closed for maintenance more than they are open. Will be canceling membership for both cars

        They are never open. Blame it on staffing issues its been over a month. Dont you think someone higher up should come down and handle the issue then. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I contacted them at least 5 times regarding canceling and everytime was ignored. Had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged for a place thats so horrible and never open.
