Went for Oil Change/Tire Rotation & Wheel Balance. Katherine made sure my coupons were applied and kept me appraised of all findings and options. Excellent service by her and Tech Cody! Extremely satisfied! Reasonable pricing, too! Highly recommend!

Catherine and Cody were very helpful today. Had screeching coming from my tire well, thinking it was my brakes. Cody figured out the issue being my dust protector rubbing against another part, fixing the issue. I was not charged under the free brake inspection and I was there and gone within 5 minutes of arriving. Great service!

I am a disabled veteran. I cannott stand or sit for more than a few minutes here and there. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Oshkosh wisconsin and parked in their disabled spot. Two Jiffy Lube employees approached my car and told me that I cannot park in the disabled spot becuase it was for Jiffy lube employees only. They starte dto yell and since it was near closing time and I needed a repair i moved my car and hobbled across the parking spot to get service. I did have a disabled parking tag and did tell them that i am a disabled veteran and they still forced me to move.
