Ive been meaning to add a review since the passing of my husband in September 2020 but couldnt bear to talk about it until now but they deserve to be acknowledged for their wonderful work. My grandpa just passed and we worked with Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes, and though this is yet again a trying time in my life, they made everything a little more bearable. I worked with Jay when my husband passed and was absolutely blown away by his care, professionalism, patience and compassion from beginning to end. I cant believe how helpful he was. This time we worked with Karisa and once again, Im left in amazement at how seamless they made everything. They were never impatient, pushy, insensitive or in a hurry to leave they treated us as if we were the most important people on Earth, and I think thats really rare. On behalf of my entire family I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything youve done for us. Words will never be able to express our sincere gratitude. I cant thank all of you enough, for the wonderful help you were during my Dads passing. Matt was able to make our every wish happen and I dont think we ever heard the word no from anyone. In a time like this you all surpassed my expectations. Thank you so very kindly for the loving care you took of my father.
