I called them because my water shut off and thought it might be my water pump. Over the phone we determined it was the pressure switch for my water pump. He said that he would be more than happy to fix it but it was the weekend so I would have to pay time and half (industry standard). However, he said that it is a $25 part that could be bought at Menards and if I was handy and felt comfortable it isn't that hard to replace. I bought the part and installed it in 10-15 mins. Honest people that seem to be more about helping out than making a quick buck. When the job comes up that is too big for me to handle I know who to call😀
UPDATE......one year later 11/2020 my well pump did in fact go out and of course I knew just who to call. They were out the very next morning and had the water flowing again by lunch. Thank you! Not sure why I'm the only review on here but I was impressed with the service! Pricing seemed very reasonable.
