While we aim for the highest quality in all our products, it's also true that engines are complex mechanisms that sometimes present challenging situations. Please know that underutilization over an extended period of time can indeed lead to the kind of complications you’ve experienced, as engines are designed to operate regularly to maintain their condition. Bringing the engine to operating temperature is essential to keep all its parts, including seals and gaskets, well-lubricated and functioning properly. We recognize that your equipment is several years outside of the warranty period, which unfortunately limits the recourse we can offer through the manufacturer. We sought to aid you by providing a discounted quote for the labor and repairs. We're disappointed to learn that this solution did not meet your expectations.
