        Keys work great... No problem there... It was the 'buy another and get a third free' that kinda messed it up after it did the first key. I said OK, and put the second key in as I was instructed. But, for the third (free key) I wanted a second copy of the first key. Got a second copy of the second key... Maybe I wasn't looking closely enough... but there was nothing like, "Do you want your third key to be a copy of the first key or the second key"?

        I bought the "smoother" key option to make 3 front door keys. When I looked at new key they had feature missing so I thought these were bad copies, I call your number and after a long wait talked to someone who told me that had to do with the upgraded cuts on the new keys. I was very concerned until I got home the the new keys worked. Communicating this clearly on the kiosk would have saved all of us time and trepidation.
