Pike Place Flowers

Best place and customer service ever. A delivery mess up at no fault of the florist after some checking, so I was and am STILL convinced its a wash and not worthy of a refund. The owner answered the phone personally and despite me taking the blame and saying no problem he wouldn't stop insisting on sending more flowers. Im gonna rate him 5 stars on flowers never seen and that never arrived at their party (stolen no doubt from concierge desk) based on the overwhelming customer service and attention to detail. Businesses like this are rare these days.

we got to the shop last minute and running late for a dinner, Celeste was AMAZING and helped make two beautiful bouquets for us. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be returning for another bouquet from her.

Went in person without any specifics, and the florist was able to make me a perfect bouquet based on occasion, budget, and recipient's preference. Staffs were super friendly, and also gave me some good tips for the holiday season. 11/10 will visit again !

Do not ever shop here! The rudest person I've ever encountered. If you can't handle customers, find another profession.
