Nothing in the universe is more important!! The eagerness to cancel the appointment in addition.. I have never even heard of such unprofessionalism, this is just beyond words.. I am flabbergasted. If a testament to how you run your "firm," a blessing in disguise. The worst part is the timing.. I am simply at a loss.. Unbelievable!"
