Very sorry they are closing that branch but happy for staff that they are..

*** UPDATE 8/31/2021 ****LAST DAY OF SERVICE FOR THE LAKE CITY BRANCH of Chase will be 11/15/2021. I went to this branch to make a deposit, and the manager was the teller, and he says this branch is closing for a number of reasons, but only this branch. As far as I know, another bank will not be taking it over any time soon. All the other Chase branches will remain open as scheduled.   The reasons the manager gave me were:1) Reduced foot traffic2) High-crime area3) High rent4) Homeless interference, intrusion5) Reduced overall business

Funnybhow it says this location is open now, when really they closed at 4pm. And even if you call a specific location the recording tells you "weekend hours vary by location" you know which locationim calling because you just told me they were closed and gave me the week day hours. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE??? honestly this is ridiculous.

The staff here are very nice but i am frustrated because my card expired and i have not received a new one. I went in to get a temporary card so i can get by but was told they don't do that anymore so now i have to go a week or 2 without the ability to access my account except during bank hours which is SUPER INCONVENIENT. Gonna switch to BECU soon, this would have never been an issue with them.
