The fellow who came out to my condo was very pleasant and timely. However, the "estimate" he gave me (the 2nd I'd obtained) to fix my blocked chimney flue was $4000. The 1st was $895. The 3rd was $75, and it took all of 10 minutes to fix. Given this experience, I won't EVER do business with these folks.

We initially booked a chimney sweep, because smoke was getting into the house. When the cleaner showed up, he inspected the chimney and found that a cleaning was not necessary and didn't charge for it, and instead walked us through steps to talk to better operate the chimney. Since then, smoke has not been an issue.
