The Water Man

I paid 95 dollars for service call and tech did nothing but give me a water test kit. The salt level has been the same for 2 months and I called another company and was told could be a salt bridge. Why didnt The Water Man fix that? I paid 95 for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this company! Check around folks.

I called multiple plumbers for estimates and to hear their voice so I could get a feel for them. You have to be careful who you let in your house and trust to do a good job. The Water Man had a great price and very personable. I spoke with both the owner and scheduler and their personalities shinned and their knowledge of my plumbing issue. I was sold. On the day of the job, the plumber was fantastic. Very personable, friendly, answering all my questions and then some. He also explained how everything worked in a very understanding way. For anyone reading this, you owe it to yourself to call The Water Man. A phone call can hurt and I don't think you will be disappointed.

Ordering was a breeze. We told them what we wanted, got it ordered, and installed in just a weeks time. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and kind technician. Highly recommend!
