I went here for my device I have to get. The technicians here are very professional and curious. Honestly if you are in need of getting one I would highly recommend you contact them.

I think they work extra slow just because they can. The lines are always long and for some reason it takes 20 min per car to get calibrated. Absolutely terrible service times. They will just tell you, "Don't get in trouble then..."

I arrived at 8:30 a.m the website said it opened at 9 a.m. it's 9:50 and not one car has been completed! This place is a joke! One fat guy with croks came out looking hungover and yelling at clients. Who does he think he is? I hope this place gets shut down. They outta be ashamed to take advantage of hard working individuals trying to better themselves! I've been on hold with smart start now over 45 minutes as well. A word of advise, you are a business which receives payment for a service. Get up off your a$$es and do the work you get payed to perform! If you don't like your job, please do us all a favor and find I new job!
