        I love this smoke shop since its close to the house and has cool snacks, but this is nearly the only smoke shop we have off Ledbetter by Kiest and its ALWAYS closed. They open at 10 supposedly and close at 11 or 12 but you can come throughout the day and the doors will be locked at 11am, 4 pm, or 9pm, always locked. I literally have only been able to go here twice and I go to the smoke shop nearly every other day. Other than that the service is amazing, love the workers there and the products, just wish yall were actually open so I could utilize the products inside .

        First time in...Great! 2nd time Great! Received a "Senior discount of 25% and Robert waited on me. Went back tonite, Saturday, Feb. 3rd and Staff contacted Robert about the Senior Discount and he suddenly had a severe case of "amnesia". Will NOT return! Wouldn't give them ANY if that were possible!

        Do not shop here. They will sell you expired products, and refuse to give you your money back. Threatened to throw you out the store, as well as mace you and call the police on you. The heavyset, Hispanic male that wears black glasses is extremely rude and disrespectful. The supervisor is no better. If I could get them a -5 stars I would.. I will be filing a lawsuit. I will keep you updated. A response to your message you just posted. You need to watch the video footage again because your employee threatened to put me out the store because I asked for a refund for your detox cleanser that had mold growing inside of it. He started talking reckless to me. And pulled out mace, screwing other customers not only me. I did not threading him in any type of way. I did not pull out any weapon. All I asked for was a refund for the old product that I purchased earlier that day. And I also recorded the encounter as well for my safety.
