I worked with Tang @ Diamonds Direct in Dallas and she was great. She went on vacation and still worked diligently to find me a diamond. I had very strict parameters and she was very patient with me and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect diamond. Be sure to ask for Tang!

I highly recommend Diamond Direct. We had visited Dallas and went to a couple of Jewelry stores before finding this gem. Let me tell you our experience from the moment we walked in was breathtaking. Jamie worked with us to find our custom engagement ring. She was very professional,knowledgeable and patient and kept us updated. She truly delivered the ultimate!!
